HOW DO YOU WANT TO FRAME YOUR 
LIFE?


The Frame of life simply can be expressed as a matrix of life that a person designs for himself to live contently and its constituents include one’s deep emotions, thinking, behavior patterns, priorities of life, customs, traditions, norms, values, taboos etc.

When we often enjoy rain with a cup of tea, observing nature and every drop of water keenly; nature makes our mind to think thousands of various thoughts and imaginations and often this question arises:

Is this the frame of life I really wanted to have?

Most of the time we answer this as: everything is right but it is not exactly the one that I framed for my life. This happens because man by his nature is never ever satisfied and contented, no matter how healthy, wealthy and successful he might be. Desires in a person is like an unsatisfying appetite.

I personally believe that writing plays a dramatic role in shaping a person’s life frame. Thoughts and reflections continuously flow through our minds all the time – unexpressed, unspoken and unfiltered. Writing help us to express all the unspoken queries, enhances our imaginations beyond what we can possibly imagine.

What is the purpose of your life?

 In this world of science and technology everyone is in the state of much hurries. Our lives get busy with day to day activities and responsibilities. Majority of population is just leading an aimless life.  But slowing down for a while to pay attention on what are we doing in life, is really going to make us feel happy and satisfied?

When do we feel fulfilled?

 Paying attention affects our actions. Notice the ways (trivial or great) you can bring any positive change to your surroundings. Frame your life on values that are important to you.

Take a pause and think what really matters to you? (like helping someone, motivation for any specified goal or protecting the planet and much more).

 

·        HAPPINESS:

Everyone in this world wants to be happy and contented. It is very easy to link the idea of happiness with the situations we are facing in. We make assumptions to ourselves that if this happens, we will be much satisfied; but this is not the case most of the time. Researches show that only a trivial portion of happiness depends on someone’s favorable situation. So, what is the target issue? From where does the real happiness comes from?

The major problem lies in our perception and thinking. It depends on how we perceive an event or a thing in our mind. Nobody is born happy. Part of happiness also depends on our personality as well. Some people by their nature are very jolly and cheerful. No matter how difficult the situation is, they remain happy and optimistic. Their upbeat personalities and vibrant potentials automatically make situations easier for them. So being happy, cheerful and working with higher capabilities are much essential for designing a beautiful and satisfying frame of your life.



·        POSITIVE EMOTIONS:

Positive emotions are one of the solid pillars in constructing a successful and mesmerizing frame of life. We all want to frame our lives in such a manner that is full of contentment, happiness, success and luxuries. Positive emotions play a key role in achieving these all. Positive emotions generate positive energies thus boosting up our inner capabilities to perform every task in the best, organized manner. Knowing how we have to control our negative thoughts and emotions in different troubling life circumstances also enhances our abilities to stay positive.

 

·        INTERESTS AND STRENGTHS:

The activities and things we like to do most and we are good at, are our interests and strength. We all have different strengths even if we have not discovered them yet.

Strengths may involve things we are interested at and are inclined to them like cooking, art and crafts, painting, singing, drawing, writing, music etc. It also includes our skills and good qualities.

Our internal happiness and satisfaction proliferate when we practice our interests and strengths which in turn assists in making our happy frame of life.

 

·        MOTIVATION:

A successful frame of life involves high spirit motivation of an individual. Motivation produces determination to achieve something, boost up our energy levels. Our entire body is pumped with adrenaline making us active and much focused towards our set goals. As success is achieved by high performances _ motivation is seed to the fruit of success and prosperity.

Positive motivation improves our mental as well and make us productive.

Research reveals that every person in the world with successful frame of life has set a peculiar motivation that acts as guiding steps to achieve goals.

Indulge yourself in motivated and positive community of person to keep yourself targeted and prevent from betraying.

 

·        GOOD RELATIONS:

The people in our life matter a lot. Good relations have an influential role in shaping our frame of life. Without relations, friendship there is no life. Its just like a rainbow without color or any dessert without sugar.

We should develop emotional skills in ourselves to make and maintain our good relations. Good relations save us from emotionally breaking in miserable situations. Develop features of kindness, gratitude, empathy and love that will definitely make you internally sound and contented to life.

All what we have to do is to learn how we have to manage our mindsets to stay happy and contented. Money cannot bring internal peace, satisfaction and a strong mental health. We have to practice to make our minds calm and relax, strive to utilize our all potentials and strengths in a positive manner. Build self-esteem, enjoy the little deeds of kindness and create new positive relations.
